With our Tuki® products, we support you and your child in creating wonderful memories together. To ensure everything is perfect for you, you can test our products comfortably at home for 100 days. And if it's not right for you, simply return the product to us for no reason.
Not satisfied after all?
We'd hardly believe it, but if you're not a fan of our Tuki® products, you can simply return the Tuki® learning tower to us within the first 100 days without giving a reason, in its original packaging. The prerequisite is that the product and packaging are undamaged. Personalized products and products that are explicitly excluded from this return policy are excluded from this policy.

How does the test phase work?
You don't need to do anything. Simply order the product that appeals to you most through our website and automatically enjoy a 100-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, you can return the product to us.
When do the 100 days start?
The 100-day trial period begins as soon as you receive the product. This gives you plenty of time to fall in love with Tuki® products.
How do I return?
You can easily open a return under Help & Contact.
Which products can I not return?
If you have a product personalized (e.g., having a name embroidered on an Explorer Cloth), this product will be excluded from our testing phase. The reason for this is that we can no longer distribute these Explorer Cloths and therefore have to discard them.
Also excluded are products that are explicitly excluded from returns on the product page. But don't worry: Almost all of our products can be returned within 100 days.
Can I also return products from the specialist store?
Unfortunately, this isn't possible (yet). If you purchased a product from a specialist retailer and aren't satisfied with it, please contact the retailer directly. Many specialist retailers also offer a friendly service.
My product looks a bit used. Can I still return it?
If the product shows excessive signs of wear or the packaging is damaged, we may still be able to accept the return for a discount on the purchase price.
